To enjoy a good intestinal flora, it is necessary to regenerate it every day, opting for foods that help it. We explain some ideal natural tips.

The intestinal flora is the bacteria that live in our intestine, and that perform important functions for both the health of the digestive system and the rest of the body. When the balance between the good bacteria and the pathogenic bacteria is broken, it happens that the pathogenic bacteria proliferate and as a consequence of this we begin to notice the symptoms associated with an intestinal flora that is not healthy.

We find ourselves, in these cases, before a damaged or altered intestinal flora. And what are those symptoms? Among the most common we can mention the following: problems when digesting, abdominal swelling, flatulence and gas, changes in the habit when going to the bathroom, changes in the stool (with an unpleasant smell), increased infections (since our defenses are altered) and intestinal cramps that in turn cause abdominal pain.

Regenerating the intestinal flora in a totally natural way is possible through food.  Food that should be appropriate as well as good habits and culinary tricks that will also help us in this task.
